Advising Manager - Scholars Program
Location: Los Angeles, San Francisco
ScholarMatch is seeking a full-time, exempt Advising Manager to play an important role in our Scholars Programs team, which provides college persistence and career advising services for first-generation college students. The Scholars Program Advising Manager is responsible for training, supporting, and managing a team of union college advisors who provide robust advising services to support the academic success and career development of first-generation college students. The Advising Manager also oversees student programming design and curriculum, ensuring high quality delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events for scholars. This position is remote but candidates must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area or greater Los Angeles. This role reports to the Senior Director of Programs.
Senior Accounting Manager (Part-time to Full-time)
Location: Los Angeles, San Francisco
ScholarMatch is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Senior Accounting Manager to play an important role in our growing non-profit. This position reports to the Executive Director and helps to organize, execute, and manage a wide variety of accounting and finance functions. The Senior Accounting Manager supervises the Program and Finance Coordinator and works in collaboration with the Development and Human Resources departments. This position operates in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and the organization’s policies, procedures, and contracts.
Preferred but not required
– CPA License
This position is slated to start part-time (up 20 hours per week, this is negotiable) and will transition to full time in 2025.
Information Systems (IS) Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, San Francisco
ScholarMatch is seeking a full-time, non-exempt, union Information Systems (IS) Coordinator to play an important role in our non-profit. The IS Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of Information Systems to provide data analysis, impact evaluation, and technology infrastructure coordination. The IS Coordinator will work with the AD of Information Systems and the Director of HR on new initiatives and contribute to important organization-wide projects.
Individual Giving Manager
Location: San Francisco
ScholarMatch is seeking a full-time, exempt Individual Giving Manager to play an important role in our growing non-profit. This position reports to the Director of Advancement and is part of the development team. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for stewarding, cultivating, developing, and overseeing relationships with existing donors and new prospects in support of ScholarMatch.
