Session Description

The beginning of the year is an ideal time to establish new study habits to start your term with intention and positivity.

This week, you will learn about strategies on how to study effectively and how you can practice meaningful learning in your coursework. You will be introduced to the concept of metacognition and the study cycle, a 5-step learning approach designed to help you become a better learner.

Please come prepared by completing the pre-work at least 24 hours before joining collaborative advising. We look forward to having a transformative session with you!
