As a college coach, you can transform a student’s life by supporting them through every step of the college application process. College coaches and students work together virtually to tackle all things college, from writing college essays to building college lists to applying for scholarships and financial aid, and much more!

Support our college students as they prepare to launch their careers. As a career coach, you will work virtually with students to help them navigate the complex—and often intimidating—process of landing an internship or job. Your mentorship goes beyond editing a resume—you’ll be equipping our students with the tools, support, and network needed to confidently break into today’s workforce.

Volunteer career coaches can choose to match with a student for a season, or join a community of professionals who are available to our students for one-off questions and support.

ScholarMatch partners with companies looking to give back, support local students, and build community within their team at the same time. We offer a variety of engagement opportunities for corporate volunteer groups as well as a Career Partner program for companies seeking talented, diverse college interns.

ScholarMatch is honored to partner with schools, foundations, and organizations to provide college access and college persistence services by contract. Our services include one-on-one student support, group workshops, and scholarship administration.
