Step 3: Complete your Coach Profile
Now that you’ve learned more about ScholarMatch, our programs, and how our Career Community works, it’s time to create your Coach Profile. Use the below form to let us know more about you! We’ll be sharing your profile in our Career Community gallery, which will be accessible to both Coaches and students.
Review these 3 resources to help you get the most out of your experience as a Career Coach within the ScholarMatch community.
After each interaction, we request that both Coaches and students capture notes from the meeting. Career Coaches complete a Career Coaching Log to share takeaways from the meeting and students’ next steps. This will help us better understand our students’ needs and is a great opportunity for you to provide feedback on how we can improve our program.
We created a meeting guide to help you get the most out of each coaching interaction with your student! On the meeting guide, you’ll find a list of coaching questions to help guide you through a typical conversation with your student(s).
