We’re excited to announce that author Elizabeth Gilbert’s latest work, At Home on the Range, will donate proceeds to ScholarMatch and 826 National! Published by McSweeney’s, the book is a wonderful revival of a cookbook originally written by Gilbert’s great-grandmother, Margaret Yardley Potter. It’s full of warmhearted and hilarious prose and recipes, and features a lengthy introduction and an expanded recipe section by Ms. Gilbert.
To celebrate the cookbook’s release, please join us on April 29 at Left Bank Restaurant in Larkspur, California, for a special event with Gilbert as part of the Book Passage’s “Cooks With Books” series. There’ll be a reading, food, wine, and coffee, and attendees will receive a signed copy of the book. Click here to register or for more information. If you can’t make the event, you can still pre-order a copy of the book. We’re so grateful to Elizabeth Gilbert and McSweeney’s for their support!
